Prospective Exhibitors

Thank you for interest in becoming a trade show exhibitor with the colorado farm show.

We are currently accepting applications for new exhibitors. All applications are reviewed and evaluated. All exhibitors must have a relationship with the Ag-Industry. Please review the Trade Show Rules & Regulations Manual before applying.

How to Apply

To apply, please complete the online application. Exhibitors from the previous show who are in good standing, are given the first right of refusal to their booth space. Spaces that become available are assigned to new exhibitors at the sole direction of The Colorado Farm Show.

About Colorado Farm Show

As we celebrate our 61st year, the Colorado Farm Show will be held January 28th – 30th, 2025. The event draws 30,000+ attendees over three days. There are over 300 exhibitors that are located in four buildings. Outside space is also available for participating exhibitors.

Space fees vary depending on your exhibit location. Standard exhibit spaces are 10’ wide x 8’ deep.

You will receive an invitation and contract, along with the Exhibitor Manual. You can access other required resources below. Full payment for booth fees needs to accompany the signed contract. Exhibitors must submit their contract with FULL payment by September 30, 2024. A late fee of $100.00 will be assessed for contracts and certificates of insurance received after September 30, 2024.

Items to Remember

  • Three parking passes will be included with the price of the booth.
  • If you would like name badges made for your clients, please submit the Name Badge Order Form.

  • Late fees will be assessed effective September 30th, 2024.
  • Either a 6’ or 8’table will be provided per booth. All other tables must be ordered from the Decorator by January 8th, 2025.

  • A current insurance certificate must be received before the beginning of the show.

The Colorado Farm Show provides signage for booth identification. In addition, tables will be numbered for the booth that ordered them.

All exhibitors must register at the Show Office located in the Events Center on Monday, January 28th, 2025. At this time, you will receive your Exhibitor Packet. Your packet will include parking passes, name badges, etc.

2025 Exhibitor Resources

All exhibitors must have commercial general liability insurance coverage for their activities during the Trade Show. The trade show office must receive an acceptable Certificate of Insurance by September 30, 2024. A $100.00 late fee will be assessed for contracts and insurance received after September 30, 2024.

Coverage Requirements:

A minimum of one million dollars combined single limits per occurrence insuring against claims for bodily injury, property damage, and product liability.

Insurance coverage must be valid January 27th - 31st. The insurance carrier must provide the Colorado Farm Show with a 30-day Written Notice of any policy changes or cancelations in policy terms.

Insurance Certificate Requirements:

All insurance companies must be approved to do business in the State of Colorado.

Early Move In:

We do not allow early move-ins. Exhibitors can move in the Monday before the show, which would be January 27th, 2025. Please check in at the Trade Show Office located in the Events Center.

Some locations necessitate an early move-in. Depending on your booth location, we will be in contact with those exhibitors to schedule a time.

Move Out:

We do not allow early move-outs. We expect all exhibitors to stay until the close of the show. The Trade Show ends Thursday, January 30th, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. If exhibitors vacate their booths before the show closes, the Colorado Farm Show will keep the $100.00 refundable deposit. If exhibitors stay until move-out, they will be refunded. These will be processed two weeks after the close of the show.
